Meeting Rooms
Available for your use

All events held in the library’s meeting rooms during open hours must be open to the general public.

The meeting rooms may be reserved at no cost during scheduled library hours for use by educational, civic, cultural and governmental groups when no admission charge is made. In special circumstances, fees for special educational workshops and seminars may be allowed. Prior approval is necessary.

The meeting rooms may also be reserved during open hours by private individuals or groups. There is a $100 fee for a special event during open hours.

After hours use is also available. Fees depend on size of group, duration of event and special services required.

In all instances, the meeting rooms must be reserved in advance by contacting the library staff at 907-766-2545.
